Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

By completing a booking, you agree to pay the chosen amount for the selected service. All payments are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by Declutter with Kiah. Bank transfer payments must be received within 48 hours of booking or the booking may be cancelled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. To reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation email.

Service Delivery

Sessions are conducted at the client's home within the Perth metropolitan area, or remotely via phone/video for applicable services. Kiah will arrive at the scheduled time and provide the full service duration as booked.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and will never be shared with third parties. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of your home and personal belongings.

Pay What You Want

Our PWYW model allows you to choose your price above the minimum threshold. The quality of service is identical regardless of the price paid. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Liability & Insurance

As a professional organising service, I operate under an Australian Business Number (ABN) and am fully compliant with all relevant regulations and requirements. You can trust that you are working with a reputable and reliable service provider when you choose to work with me. I am fully insured and have recently obtained a police clearance. ✨ Decluttering & Feng Shui Session – $400 (4 Hours) ✨ This unique service combines the practical with the energetic, giving your home both a clear-out and a reset. Here's what's included in your 4-hour session: 🌿 Decluttering Support – Hands-on guidance to sort, organise, and simplify your space. I'll help you make decisions, set up systems, and create a home that feels easier to maintain. 🌿 Feng Shui Consultation – Together, we'll look at how your home's layout, furniture placement, and energy flow support (or block) your life. I'll share tailored recommendations based on Feng Shui principles to bring balance, harmony, and fresh energy into your space. 🌿 Styling & Labelling – Simple styling touches and personalised labels so your home doesn't just look organised, but functions beautifully. 🌿 Donation Drop-off – Any items you're ready to part with will be taken to a local donation point (so clutter leaves your home right away!). 💫 By the end of our session, you'll feel lighter, more organised, and supported by the energy of your home. Investment: $400 (4 hours total – includes both decluttering and Feng Shui consultation). Travel up to 1 hour from my home is included.
