1. The service

The online Flying Stars Home Report is a personalised digital document prepared from the details you provide (location, facing direction, build period, floor plan and questionnaire answers). Each report is generated from your computed chart and personally reviewed by Kiah Bouchet before delivery.

2. Delivery

Your report is delivered by email as a shareable report page and a downloadable PDF, normally within a couple of days of purchase. Written reports are currently delivered in English.

3. Pricing & payment

The price shown at checkout is final and charged in the displayed currency before your report is prepared. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.

4. Revision & refund guarantee

If your report doesn't feel personal to your home, reply to your delivery email within 14 days and Kiah will revise it — or refund you in full. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your country of residence.

5. What the report is — and isn't

Feng shui reports offer practical, traditional guidance for arranging your home. They are not architectural, engineering, medical, financial or legal advice, and no specific life or business outcome is promised. Always consult a qualified professional before structural work.

6. Your content & privacy

Floor plans, addresses and answers you submit are used solely to prepare your report and are treated as confidential. Your report page URL is private to you — anyone you share it with can view it.

Set Your Own Price

Choose Budget (70%), Standard (100%), or Generous (130%) — or any custom amount. Minimum is 50% of suggested.

Pay Securely

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. All processed securely through Stripe.
